Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of medical devices and consumables with multiple manufacturing sites in China.

Q2: What is the standard delivery time ?

A: We provide RTS(Ready-to-ship)service with our own brand, order size less than 100,000 pcs can be shipped within 2 weeks. For OEM & ODM orders, delivery time varies and negotiable. 

Q3: What is your warranty period?

A: Warranty period is from 1-3 years, depending on the product type.

Q4: Do you provide free samples?

A: Standard product samples are free. Customized product may occur molding charges. Sample freight will be at customer’s cost.

Q5: What is the MOQ ?

A: We try all our best to satisfy our customers with low MOQ, please consult our sales manager in your region.

Q6 . Do you take OEM & ODM orders?

A: OEM & ODM orders are always welcomed.

Q7: What is your terms of payment?

A: We accept payment by T/T ,30% down payment on order, the balance before delivery. Letter of Credit payment must be confirmed with our sales manager before placing order.

Q8: What is your working time? What if we can’t speak English and Chinese?

A: Our office work time is from Monday to Friday ,but our sales team provides 7×24 hours online customer service . We have multi-language customer service team on staff.

A: Our company is ISO 9001 & 13485 certified , all our products are CE & ISO approved.
